Sir - I would love to know what your credentials are. You say that you are a hydrogeologist. Do you have any papers published on karst or hydrogeology? Has your work been peer reviewed? Have you ever taught these subjects? Have you ever worked for Westinghouse, DoE, or any DoE contractor?
