The comments of scientists who raise serious
questions about the probability that the DoE can
successfully isolate radioactive waste from the
accessible environment at the WIPP have been
ignored and or dismissed by the DoE and the EPA.
The DoE has not accurately characterized the
hydrology and the geomorphology of the site.
